🗺️ For a start, there are not many known milestones:
✅ The starting date is known.
✅ The final event is known: the Viva Voce oral examination.
✅ For UK programmes, the Probation Period is often another known milestone.

And that’s it – over and above.

Everything else does not necessarily constitute a critical milestone or checkpoint:
📍 There will be supervision meetings, but they typically are not bound to a clear pathway.
📍 There might be coursework, but this is learning in the abstract and not necessarily tailored to get you through the next step in your research.
📍 There might be training events, but, as with coursework or supervision meetings, these are not necessarily planned interventions to get you through the next steps in your research.

👉 Contrary to this, research projects follow a relatively clear pathway and often have well-formulated milestones, control points, time estimates, and everything else that one would expect from any well-planned project.

👉 And the same goes for our Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) programme – from the initial Executive Research Accelerator phase, through the applied research phase, and up towards the final presentation phase.

Clear timetable. Clear processes. Clear outcomes. Everyone is on the same page.

✅ Study and explore module by module.
✅ Gain recognised learning outcomes that can be directly applied in your work environment.
✅ Receive a Record of Advancements that demonstrates what you have achieved at the end of each module and at the end of each programme phase.

Be invited to check out what you can achieve in each of the modules as you go along!
Be invited to Test-Drive our DBA.
Check out if it is made for you!
