Phase 3 consists of guided mentorship where you will work alongside experienced doctoral faculty to gain real-world supervision experience, practical confidence and the readiness to independently supervise doctoral research.
Yes, the initial foundational course on Mastering Doctoral Supervision is a mandatory training of the Doctoral Faculty Development Programme.
