Develop doctoral-level problem-solving capabilities
The Executive Research Accelerator (ERA) is the first phase of the DoctorateHub | GSBM Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). It comprises three modules through which participants develop doctoral-level thinking and research capabilities, with recognised learning outcomes after each module.
The learning is designed to be applied to real questions and challenges in participants’ professional contexts, creating value beyond the classroom while providing an integrated pathway towards the doctorate.
Module 1: Advanced Problem-Solving introduces a structured approach to identifying and framing research problems, challenging assumptions, and applying doctoral-level thinking to real-world professional challenges.
Upon completion, participants will receive a Record of Advanced Problem-Solving, recognising the learning outcomes achieved in the module. Successful completion of Module 1 provides direct progression to DBA Module 2: Strategy Development, which focuses on building a conceptual framework and developing a research plan. Continuing to Module 2 remains entirely the participant’s choice.
What does the Founding Cohort Fellowship include?
Selected fellows will receive full tuition sponsorship for Module 1, valued at €3,950.
